Dutch coach Luis Van Khal announced a recovery from prostate cancer
The Dutch coach announced last week that he had prostate cancer for a long time, but did not want to tell his players not to work on the level and results of holland’s team so that it would not affect their way to the World Cup.
“I went through everything, I got radiation treatment 25 times, and then I had to wait 5 to 6 months to see if the solution would be successful or not. Yes, it was practically successful,” Van Khalil said in his latest interview.
Holland’s coach has reacted a lot around the world while revealing his illness. Holland, Germany, Bayern Munich, Barcelona, Rial Madrid and many stars around the world have reaffirmed their sympathy for the coach and expressed their support for Luis through different messages.
“I am determined to be with the team at the World Cup and our goal is to achieve a good result and win the World Cup,” said Van Khalil.
Next June, The Netherlands will play against Belgium, Wales and Poland, and Luis Van Khal will lead the orange structure.
